On our stylish roof terrace with a panoramic view of the Ötztal mountains, we invite you to rooftop dining in a class of its own with our “Open fire” culinary event. At the large Ofyr grill, our chefs prepare various Tyrolean and South Tyrolean specialties over an open fire. Hearty Tyrolean cuisine meets light Mediterranean cuisine, such as Ötztal farmer's salad, Schüttelbrot soup, barley soup, Tyrolean Gröstl, pasta dishes but also pizza and much more.
