Florian is a well-trained butcher and chef and has gained a lot of experience in renowned hotels in the Ötztal valley. Since 2013, he has been working as the head chef in the family business. Inspired by his connection to the region and nature, the idea of the four elements as the cornerstone of the new hotel and restaurant concept emerged. His passion lies particularly in culinary arts, which is reflected in a Gault&Millau hat for the restaurant and its enjoyable creations.

Christine, a skilled florist and gardener, uses her green thumb to bring nature to life in and around VIER, creating a vibrant atmosphere. Christine has also engaged with the final product of the elements and, alongside her training in service management, completed the "Sommelier Austria" course to complement the culinary delights with perfect wines.
