Service included:

• Our reception is available for you daily from 07:30 to 22:00!
• Daily studio service from our chambermaids including:
• Emptying the trash cans in the studio (as required)
• Change of bath & hand towels in the studio (as required)
• Change of wellness towels & bathrobes in the studio (as required)
• Studio partial cleaning including fresh linen after 3 nights for a minimum stay of 6 nights!
• Cleaning of bathroom & living area (from around the middle of the stay for a minimum stay of 6 nights)
• Daily access to the RELAX area (wellness area on the 1st floor)
• Access to the online guest folder (contains important holiday information about the hotel and the region, and is the key to the online breakfast shop or for table reservations in the restaurant)
• Access to the sun deck - the roof terrace at VIER (from June to the end of October)
• Free standard bike rental at the reception
• 1 ski locker including ski boot heater is available in the basement per studio
• Per studio, 1 car parking space is available free of charge in front of the hotel for the duration of your stay
