As the new generation of hosts they want to lay a focus on a flexible vacation, bringing back the original freedom of the elements to their guests' stay. Florian Schranz is a trained chef and butcher and will delight you with culinary highlights. Thanks to her extraordinary sense for aesthetics and her skills as a trained florist and gardener, Christine Schranz makes sure nature is in full bloom in and outside the hotel. Above all, however, she takes well care of our guests in the restaurant and chooses the perfect wine for your dinner as a trained sommelier. All with lots of charm, passion and enthusiasm.
