ARRIVAL / CHECK-IN

The regular check-in times are from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (local time).
A later check-in is not possible!

👥 Reception & personal support
The reception is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Free selection of brochure information material, as well as the info touch screen and the self check-in/check-out machine are available to you.

Our team is personally available for you daily:
from 8:00–12:00 and 5:00–8:00 p.m.
During this time, we are happy to take care of your concerns.

🤖 Self-service check-in & check-out (links on the wall)
Outside service hours, our check-in/check-out machine is available to you – to allow for a smooth arrival and departure.
Please enter your reservation number into the machine!

Please bring your ID documents and a valid credit card with you for check-in on site.
(Without a credit card, a cash deposit of 500 euros must be left on site.)

DEPARTURE / CHECK-OUT

Your studio/room must be vacated by 10:30 a.m. at the latest.
Every check-out must be done at the reception.

BREAKFAST SERVICE

Breakfast in a private atmosphere – "when you want and how you want."
With our breakfast service, you can individually put together your desired breakfast online, and we deliver it the next day from 7:30 a.m. in front of your studio.
Simply pre-order online – please by 6:00 p.m. the day before.
(No buffet, no breakfast room – delivery to the studio.)

CAFÉ & RESTAURANT

Our café house operation begins at 5:00 p.m.: homemade cakes, ice cream as well as sweets and coffee specialties are served.
Hot meals in the restaurant daily from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.:
The 4 Elements culinary concept is reflected in all dishes and their preparation – steaks, salads, pasta and fish dishes, but also Tyrolean classics are part of the à la carte offer.

OPENING HOURS WELLNESS AREA

Our RELAX area is open daily from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

FINAL CLEANING FEE

A one-time final cleaning fee is charged per studio as follows: Studio Classic € 40,- Studio Superior € 50,- Studio Master € 80,-.

PETS

Pets are allowed, but please inform us at the time of booking. We charge € 25,- per pet per day.

LOCAL TAX

The local tax is € 4,- per person per day. Children up to the age of 15 are exempt from the local tax.
Starting from November 25, the local tax will be €5 per person per day.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can settle your room bill on the day of departure in cash, by debit card or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). For larger amounts, a deposit can be made upfront at the hotel.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Free cancellation is possible up to 15 days before the arrival date. This must be made in writing. From 14 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount is payable as a cancellation fee and from 7 days before the arrival date, 90% of the total amount is payable as a cancellation fee.
