Our à la carte restaurant at VIER is a cozy meeting place – with the elements, welcoming hosts and refined cuisine. House guests and visitors alike savour our diverse creations, awarded with a hat by Gault&Millau. We take pride in this recognition, especially because our culinary philosophy delights guests and critics alike: Regional products and ingredients from responsible sources – in harmonious alignment with the four elements.
