Takes place every Monday in August and September 2023 from 6:00 p.m. in front of the VIER, the terrace and the restaurant in the VIER offer the ideal location for a unique pleasurable experience in the interplay of earth, fire, water & air. The entire culinary special program revolves around the large OFYR grill, experience the culinary dance of the FOUR elements up close when all the dishes are prepared in front of your eyes. Pleasure around the fire, from the starter to the dessert, everything is prepared on the OFYR grill. Various unique aromas, such as smoky, fiery and earthy taste explosions in the interaction of the elements. Eat what and when you want, there is something for everyone when it comes to culinary creations.
"OPEN-Fire BBQ" takes place depending on the weather, table reservations are recommended.

September & October are the special pleasure months at VIER, which is why the annual pleasure törggelen takes place again during this time. On reservation for 2 or more people, platter service with cold and warm appetizer variations, main courses and desserts, typical Törggele dishes, Tyrolean and South Tyrolean specialties from the region, newly and lightly interpreted in the style of the 4 elements.

On October the 8th from 10:00 a.m. the autumnal pleasure brunch will take place under the motto on the roof terrace in the VIER of the unique location. Morning shopping, breakfast and lunch merge into delicious creations that are airy, earthy and fiery. On the fire of the large OFYR grill, everything from breakfast dishes to traditional Ötztal specialties are freshly prepared. Including live music.
Enjoy everything from the fire from the starter to the dessert. Eat when and what you want, with the culinary creations there is something for everyone.

An evening under the sign of ice and fire will take place on December 5th, 2023 in front of the VIER, with great culinary highlights, live music and show acts we will open the new winter season 2023/2024.

This is how a vacation tastes at the VIER: Our 'Studio Breakfast Service' offers more flexibility and privacy during your stay. Create your own breakfast by choosing between a great range of high-quality regional products: Home-farmed eggs, dairy from the surrounding farms, bread from the local bakery and much more - wholesome, fresh and so delicious! Place your order in the evening in our breakfast shop and enjoy it the next morning in a private setting.
Our stylishly furnished restaurant accommodates house guests as well as external visitors. Just book your table in advance and look forward to fine dining prepared by your host and head chef Florian Schranz. This is where quality and creativity meld together in the form of local specialties, international classics and self-composed delights. In the afternoon, our terrace invites you for coffee and homemade sweet dishes, pastry and cakes.
